Supertech Exhaust & Intake Valve Stem Seals For Honda B16A B18C D16A D16Y F20C F22C H22

Typically the blue exhaust seals have the highest heat rating and are used on the exhaust side, the brown seals have a lower temp rating and are for the Intake side.

Please note DO NOT use the intake seals on exhaust valves. The blue seals have a higher heat rating at 475° vs 300° for OEM.
