Mounting method and precautions
Overhaul
When overhauling, basically replace the disc pressure center plate (single plate is not used) at the same time.
Since the disk may be distorted or changed in properties due to heat, replacing only the disk will not only cause uneven contact between the pressure plate / center plate (single plate is not used) and the disk contact surface, but also reduce the contact area of the disk. The ratio will be lower and the transmission capacity will be significantly reduced. As a result, 100% of the transmission capacity cannot be transmitted, causing immediate slippage and poor cutting.
When overhauling, it is recommended to replace the disc and pressure plate center plate (single is not used) at the same time.

bolts Also, if you have no choice but to replace only the disc, check the distortion of the pressure plate and center plate (singles are not used). (Refer to Fig. 7) If the distortion is 0.5mm or more, it cannot be used.
*When performing an overhaul, there are items to check such as the type, model, type, and engraving of the clutch currently in use.

Founder Masaharu Okazaki founded the Okazaki Speed Technology Research Institute. In the early 1970s, while tuning motorcycles and automobiles on the market, his lifework, high rpm, high output, gathered the best of his own theory and technology. Succeeded in developing the original engine TC16-MA1. However, because of its high output, the off-the-shelf clutch, transmission, and differential gear that transmits power to the final drive wheels make noise. In order to transmit the maximum output of the engine to the end, his extraordinary passion that "if it breaks, make something that won't break" and the belief that "you won't know until you try" continue to today's OS Giken. It has been inherited and transformed into products.
