A core part of our Heat Management line up, meet our Funk Motorsport Lava Rock Titanium Exhaust Wrap. As the name suggests, our Lava Rock Titanium exhaust wrap is a ceramic wrap compiled with a blend of basalt and lava rock for unrivalled performance and durability.

Available in both 50mm and 25mm ‘skinny’ width, all of our exhaust wrap rolls are 15m in length and include 6 metal locking ties for your application.

PERFORMANCE

An exhaust wrap application creates a thermal sleeve around the individual branches of the exhaust, keeping pipework insulated and maintaining a higher core gas temperature. As we know, a hotter gas actually helps to accelerate out of the downpipe and exhaust system faster, improving efficiency and in turbo applications, exhaust wrap can improve spool time too!

PROTECTION

Protect sensitive components by insulating the heat from the exhaust. Components such as sensors, ECUs and wiring looms can all be extremely sensitive to heat.

RELIABILITY

Our Titanium Exhaust heat wrap helps to dramatically lower engine temperatures within the engine bay. Ever seen an exhaust system running close to an intake driving up air intake temperatures or a brake fluid reservoir boiling above a manifold? Our titanium wrap has you covered. Simply wrap the pipework to insulate the heat within the exhaust to reduce the overall temperature of your engine bay and improve the reliability of all engine bay components.

Withstands 980 Degrees C direct heat and up to 1350 Degrees C intermittent heat.
