D-MAX D1 Spec CFRP Carbon Fibre Bonnet For Nissan Silvia S14 200SX (Kouki- Late)

The D-MAX Carbon Bonnet for the Late Model S14 Silvia is designed with performance and function in mind. Featuring a large central duct and triple rear finned vents, this bonnet enhances airflow by effectively extracting heat from the engine bay—particularly beneficial during high-demand driving such as drifting or track use. This optimized ventilation significantly improves cooling efficiency, helping to maintain stable oil and coolant temperatures while reducing the risk of heat-related sensor failures.

Manufactured using carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) with a clear coat finish, the surface maintains a high-gloss, motorsport-inspired aesthetic even when unpainted. The bonnet incorporates a black gel-coated FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) rib structure on the underside for added rigidity. D-MAX specifically uses wet carbon, which is hardened by natural drying and more UV-resistant than traditional dry carbon—making it ideal for street and show builds alike.

This bonnet is also available in full FRP, finished in either white or black gel coat depending on the production batch. With an approximate weight of just 11.5kg (carbon) or 13.5kg (FRP), it offers a significant weight saving over the OEM unit, helping to improve handling and balance.
