COVID 19 Statement

As we continue to monitor the latest updates and information about the global COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking additional measures to ensure we safeguard the health of our employees and preserve our ability to operate. Over the past several weeks, we have been taking actions to help prevent infections at our side. We have contingency plans that have now been actioned and we are being proactive in our approaches to ensure business continuity.


Our office staff are now working from home where possible, with a skeleton crew in the office.  We are restricted to only one member of staff picking and packing orders.  If you have an order placed with us it is still being processed and as of now will be dispatched using our normal courier services as quickly as possible. There may be delays, as currently Royal Mail are backlogged, DHL and Parcelforce are running a reduced service and our deliveries from Japan and the rest of the world are taking longer to arrive due to reduced air traffic.

If you have an order placed with us already please rest assured we are doing everything we possibly can to get it with you as soon as is possible, and are not resting until we have done everything we can.  Updates will be emailed out as we get them, and any serious delays advised the moment we learn of them.

The most important thing anyone can do at this time is to take care of themselves and their loved ones.
